MSTP Student, Science and Technology Policy

Diana is currently attending the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and a master's student in Science, Technology, and Policy. With her research, she hopes to create positive change for marginalized communities experienced by environmental racism. Through her research lens, she also wants to propel policy for responsible innovation in emerging technologies. The environment and digital public safety are imperative to her. She is interdisciplinary in her studies and is interested in examining environmental justice and artificial intelligence. Her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Information Science and Esociety has provided a unique research lens for online language. Her in-depth knowledge of surveillance, digital narratives, online communities, and various online spaces are imperative for interpreting the fourth revolution.
